Standard procedure — a small calibration pulse on a hidden area sets fluence and pulse-width for your specific skin and hair type.

Pre-session prep — shave all 7 zones
Shave all 7 areas 12–24 hours before every session. We provide a printed prep sheet. Never wax or pluck. Avoid sun and fake tan for 1 week before each visit.

Rotational coverage across all 7 zones (we work where the cooling tip stays most efficient, not in a fixed order). Bring water and a podcast. Most clients describe each pulse as a warm rubber-band snap.

Soothing gel provided. Avoid hot showers, gym, sun, fake tan and saunas for 24 hours. Mild redness in some zones is normal and settles within hours.
